Employment Terms & Conditions – Nivara Spaces

By applying for and accepting a position at Nivara Spaces, candidates agree to the following terms and conditions regarding salary, benefits, and organizational support:

1. Salary Structure

  • Salary will be offered based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and interview performance. 
  • Compensation may include a fixed monthly salary along with performance-based incentives (if applicable). 
  • Salary revisions will be reviewed periodically based on performance and company policy. 

2. Probation Period

  • All selected candidates will undergo a probation period of 3 to 6 months. 
  • During this period, performance, discipline, and work quality will be closely evaluated. 
  • Confirmation of employment will be subject to satisfactory performance. 

3. Work Location & Flexibility

  • Positions are based in West Bengal and Karnataka. 
  • Employees may be required to travel or relocate based on project or business needs. 

4. Working Hours

  • Standard working hours will be defined by the company. 
  • Additional hours may be required depending on project deadlines and client requirements. 

5. Incentives & Benefits

  • Performance-based incentives may be provided for achieving business targets. 
  • Support such as travel allowance, site visit expenses, or communication reimbursement may be provided where applicable. 
  • Additional benefits will be aligned with company policy and role requirements. 

6. Leave Policy

  • Employees are entitled to leaves as per company policy. 
  • Any extended leave must be approved by management in advance. 

7. Code of Conduct

  • Employees must maintain professionalism, discipline, and ethical work standards. 
  • Any misconduct or breach of company policy may lead to termination. 

8. Confidentiality

  • Employees must maintain strict confidentiality regarding company data, client details, and internal processes. 

9. Termination Policy

  • Either party may terminate employment by providing prior notice as per company policy. 
  • Immediate termination may occur in cases of serious misconduct.

  • Employees will be provided necessary tools, resources, and team support to perform their roles effectively.
